Ramon Gras

Mr. Gras provides legal counsel, direction, and representation to businesses and individuals on current and relevant legal issues including contracts, employment, real estate, trademarks and other intellectual property, estate planning and probate, immigration and family law matters.  He assists his clients to form new companies, structure and complete the sale and purchase of their businesses, and communicate with and advocate before State and Federal agencies. For clients looking to buy or sell real property, Mr. Gras prepares, reviews, and negotiates contracts to ensure the transaction is structured as intended by his clients. Mr. Gras provides guidance and planning for his clients’ futures by preparing wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney.  He represents and advises individuals and families in immigration matters before the immigration court and agencies.  In family matters, he counsels and represents clients through the complex personal issues involved in domestic violence, divorce, child custody and support.

Mr. Gras lives in Easton, Maryland, and is conversant in Spanish.
